Job - Customer Service Representative


Essential Job Functions:
Desire to engage AAdvantage members and promote an award winning program
Must possess above average communication skills and analytical abilities in order to research and respond to customer inquiries
Ability to learn AA software and apply knowledge
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Adherence to company attendance and performance policies required

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Call Center experience preferred
Ability to operate personal computer
Minimum typing skill of 35 WPM
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Take ownership and demonstrate expertise of the AAdvantage product while providing an excellent customer experience
