Position Summary:
Principle responsibilities of a Designer/Sr. Designer role include working with internal clients, market managers and creative team lead to develop concepts and designs for both print and digital projects. The individual would be responsible for executing new and revised creative projects with precision and timeliness while deadline driven and detailed in the execution of projects working both independently and under direction. Responsible for executing projects to the technical specifications of each project and to industries best practices.
Open to considering candidates located in other cities with Crowe Horwath offices.
Qualifications:
Project creative, and execution strategy
Working collaboratively with creative team lead, market managers, clients to manage expectations and relationships
Conceptual and communication skills to support designs with strategic rationale and best practices
Experience and expertise in both traditional and digital media
Functional expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud. Must have functional knowledge of interactive technologies and trends, to be able to advise and conceptualize solutions. Applied interactive skills for execution of projects are not required.
Executing to budget and timeline, ability to oversee a large variety of projects from start to finish
Must have the discipline to maintain, protect, and develop the corporate brand.
Team oriented, sharing projects, knowledge and experience
Must be able to take creative direction.
Must be able to clearly communicate with staff, colleagues and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-7 years of related experience
Bachelors degree
Adobe Creative Suite CS6/Cloud, for both web and print,Microsoft Office Suite.
